Previously, IMF Business School incorporated in the past its training offer the Master in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Safety, which now evolves with the incorporation of knowledge, teachers and specific topics in food safety. Thus, the Master in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Safety is taught online and with its own MFI qualification.
The program is focused on the training of the student in a comprehensive manner according to European and Spanish food safety regulations to take control of the processes of processing, processing and preservation of food in the different industries: dairy, meat, beer, food products sea, drinks, oils, among others.
The Master's Thesis in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Security of MFI is divided into ten modules or didactic units in which the student will learn, in addition to knowing the current regulations on food safety, the types of nutrients; nutritional problems according to special groups; diet planning; genetic modifications of food or the benefits that good nutrition can bring to individuals with health problems.
This Master in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Safety includes other aspects such as the relationship of the industry with the environment and the analysis of the composition of food for the proper functioning of the body.
