SANTO DOMINGO – El abogado Jorge de los Santos negó  que Jesús Peña sea hermano del supuesto narcotraficante Rafael Antonio Díaz (Buche), quien se encuentra detenido acusado de ser el responsable de la muerte del coronel Daniel Ramos Álvarez en un punto de drogas, hecho ocurrido la semana pasada en la ciudad de Baní.

“No es su hermano, ni siquiera es un familiar cercano”, dijo el abogado de Buche en conversación telefónica con Listín Diario.

Jorge de los Santos dijo que las declaraciones que ofreció De los Santos las hizo a título personal y que él no sabe de dónde este se inventó que él y Buche son hermanos.
Dijo que Buche solo tiene un hermano y que reside en Estados Unidos.

La mañana de este miércoles el ministro de Interior y Policía informó que requerirán a Peña para ser interrogado con relación a su denuncia de que las autoridades tenían conocimiento de los puntos de droga que funcionan en Baní.
